READILY AVAILABLE PARTS LIST FOR THE JA22
-
-
Rear Brake Shoes
I found a set that won’t break the bank or your car. Honestly, that’s a win these days.
-
Oil Filter
These are the ones I use on my Jimny. They work great, and I haven’t blown up the engine yet — so that feels like a strong endorsement.
-
Fuel Pressure Regulator
Had a weird low idle on cold starts — like the Jimny just woke up and needed coffee. Swapped out the fuel pressure regulator and, just like that, problem solved.
Heads-up: the end with the gasket ring might need a little modification. Just a slight bevel to match the OEM part. Nothing too fancy — basically, it's DIY with a dash of “I think this’ll work.” Watch my YouTube install video.
-
Fuel Filter
I haven’t actually installed this on my Jimny — yet — but based on my very official research (a.k.a. the internet and a few forums), I’m pretty sure it’s the right part for the JA22.
If it’s not… well, now we’re both learning something.
-
Stock Air Filter
I haven’t installed this on my Jimny, but it’s the part I found while spiraling down a rabbit hole of research before converting to the HKS Intake system.
So... it should be right. But also, I’ve been wrong before — just ask my toolbox.
-
Windshield Wipers
Super easy, direct replacement. Took me longer to find the old ones than to swap ‘em out. Honestly felt like a mechanic… for five minutes.
-
-
-
Belt Pulley Tensioner
Direct fit replacement. If your current one’s making noises like it’s haunted, this should quiet things down. No exorcism required.
-
-
-
Thermostat
Haven’t installed this on my Jimny — yet. But I tracked it down using the OEM part number and a highly scientific method called “scrolling through forums at 2 a.m.”
So yeah, pretty confident. Like, 80%… maybe 70%.

-
LED Headlight Wiring Harness
Makes the wiring install super simple — which is great, because my electrical plan was mostly “don’t set anything on fire.”
-
-
Gas Cap
Replace your old, crusty gas cap. Unless you enjoy the smell of gasoline every time you park. In that case… live your truth.
-
-
Door Seals
Found these on weatherstripdepot.com — which is a real website, not something I made up. You’ll need to order both S3001 and S3002. They’re a direct fit, and way cheaper than listening to wind noise forever and pretending it doesn’t bother you. Check out my install video.
-
-
Door Stop Straps
Replace your worn-out door stop straps — unless you enjoy your door swinging open like it’s trying to leave you.
-
Interior LED Bulbs
I used these to swap out the front and rear dome lights. Now the inside of the Jimny lights up like a fridge when you open the door — but, like, in a cool way.
-
Oil Dip Stick
If you saw my I BROKE DOWN video, you might remember the moment my belt snapped… and took my dipstick with it. Yeah, that was a good time.
I replaced it with this one. It did need a little trimming — because apparently dipsticks aren’t one-size-fits-all. Who knew?
-
Radiator Cap
Just a good ol’ radiator cap replacement. Not exciting, but kind of important — unless you enjoy spontaneous geysers under your hood.
-
Radiator Coolant Bottle Replacement Cap
It’s a replacement cap for your coolant bottle. Not glamorous, but it keeps the coolant where it’s supposed to be — which is not all over your engine bay.
-
-
Rear Door Strut
This is the exact one I used to fix my rear door. It actually holds the door open now — which is a big upgrade from “gently crushing me every time I grabbed groceries.”
-
Jack Lift
Missing your jack? Or maybe yours is so rusty it looks like it’s from a pirate ship? Either way, here’s a nice new one that won’t collapse immediately.
-
JDM LICENSE PLATE ADAPTER
Because your Jimny deserves better than zip ties and hope. This adapter helps your plate fit like it was actually meant to be there. Revolutionary, I know.
-
50th Anniversary 1970 Metal Badge
This came on my Jimny and I thought, “Yeah… that’s pretty cool.” It doesn’t make it faster, but it does make it feel 12% more official.
-
Suzuki Keychain
It’s a nice embroidered keychain — because your keys deserve a little flair too. Plus, it makes you feel like you drive a race car… even if it’s just the Jimny going 45 uphill.
-
-
-
ASSORTMENT HOSE CLAMPS
Because you can never have too many… and somehow never have the right size. It’s like a toolbox mystery that just keeps going.
-
-
Grey Trim Restorer
This is what I used to bring my faded dashboard back to life. It went from “barn find” to “somewhat respected vehicle” in about 10 minutes. Highly recommend.
-
CarPlay & Android Auto Stereo (Cheaper Alternative)
Fits right into the existing single DIN opening — like it was meant to be there. Finally, a way to bring 2020s tech to your ’90s dashboard without duct tape.

Power Acoustik CP-71WA CarPlay & Android Auto Stereo
This is the exact one I put in my Jimny. Works great… unless you count the part where I asked it to call Dad and it played Nickelback instead.
-
MAGSAFE VENT MOUNT FOR IPHONE
This is what I use with my custom Jimny phone mount. Holds your phone like a champ — unless you drive like you're in a rally race… then, well, hang on.
-
LCD Screen for Digital Gauges
This is a Waveshare ESP-32 LCD screen… which sounds fancy, but really, it’s just a screen I convinced to show custom gauges for my Suzuki Jimny. I don’t know how it works—probably magic or tiny computer elves—but it does, and now my Jimny knows things it didn’t even ask to know.
-
Rivnut Tool Kit
This is what I used to install my rear spoiler. It makes you feel like you know what you're doing — until you realize you’ve just committed to a hole in your car. But hey, the spoiler’s on there now!
-
-
3M Double Sided Tape
If you’ve seen my videos, you know I try to avoid drilling holes in my Jimny — mostly because once the hole’s there, it’s there forever. This stuff is great for sticking things on without the lifelong commitment.
-
Bambu Labs A1
This thing’s been amazing — it’s printed hundreds of parts. Perfect for beginners… or people like me, who still feel like beginners.
-
Bambu Labs A1 Mini
I use the A1 — not the Mini — but this little guy is the perfect starter printer if you're thinking, “Hey, I’d like a new hobby that takes over my life and my garage.”
Welcome to the 3D printing rabbit hole. I’ll see you at the bottom.
-
eSun PETG Filament
This is my go-to PETG for most of my 3D printed car parts. Strong, reliable, and slightly less temperamental than me after three failed prints.
-
eSun PLA+ Filament
This is my go-to for most other 3D prints. Great quality, easy to use, and doesn’t melt into a sad spaghetti pile… usually.
-
Carbon Fiber PETG
This is my FAVORITE filament. It prints so smooth and is durable.
